Data for the people
Science for all, straight from the source
#D4P #science4all
Data for the People (D4P) is a weekly, interactive web-series that invites ‘the people’ (all community members, worldwide!) to engage with relevant scientific research topics. These are presented by scientists in our communities—directly from the primary scientific literature— and explored in a way that maintains the rigor of the research, while eliminating the inaccessible jargon. Registration for each D4P event is free and open to anyone who is interested in attending.
This is a collaboration with graduate students from Weill Cornell University and RockEdu.
Project Encephalon
Project Encephalon (PE) is an international, trainee-led non-profit organisation that aims to develop a vibrant community for future leaders in neuroscience. Through various events, such as Journal Club, Paper Club, Neuropiction, Neuronotes, Neuronovember Convention, Cajal Week, and other similar initiatives, Project Encephalon tries to foster the multidisciplinary spirit of neuroscience. We also advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in the field of neuroscience.
